Submit Dispatch

Dispatches are field notes, app announcements, technical findings, and community reports that serve the open network. We publish in plain markdown. We do not publish sponsored editorial or promotional copy.

Submission Protocol

  1. 01 Draft your dispatch offline as a plain .md (Markdown) file. No proprietary formats.
  2. 02 Name the file using the pattern: NNN-slug-title.md (e.g., 042-health-sync-rollout.md). Use lowercase and hyphens only.
  3. 03 Begin the file with a YAML front-matter block containing at minimum: title, date (YYYY-MM-DD), and author. Pseudonyms are honoured.
  4. 04 Content must adhere to the privacy-first ethos. Do not include personal identifiers for living individuals without their explicit consent. Do not embed tracking links or surveillance-grade analytics URLs.
  5. 05 Attach the raw .md file to your email. Write a one-line description of the dispatch in the email subject line. No other format is required.
  6. 06 Expect a response within 7 network days. The Society reviews all submissions manually. Publication is at editorial discretion.
